Delivery
Please allow up to 4–7 working days for delivery. If your order will take longer than this time to complete you will be informed as soon as possible. All deliveries should be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages, these must be reported immediately on the same day. We make every effort to dispatch your goods as early as possible. We can not be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises.
Returns & Exchanges
It is your right to return and/or exchange any non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or item(s) of similar value. We do not refund shipping cost. If you want to cancel your order and return goods, you are responsible for taking care of them until they are returned. We will accept returns within this time only if the items are received back to us in the same condition as they were sent. All digital content is non-refundable, so please double check the information you are supplying to us.
Unfortunately items that have been personalised or custom-made can not be refunded or exchanged as these are lovingly hand-finished. We use all information exactly as supplied to us, if any spelling or date errors occur please get in touch and we will see what we can do!
Our masks are made from high quality cotton and are washable and reusable.
We recommend washing before first use.
Please understand that our face masks are not a replacement for medical grade PPE, and in circumstances where medical grade PPE is recommended, you should consult a health care professional. The decision to use this mask is solely your own.
Please remember that use of face masks is not intended to replace other recommended measures to stop the community spread of COVID-19, such as social distancing, washing your hands and refraining from touching your face. Follow the latest advice of the HSE and your own health care professionals as to how best to keep yourself safe.
