Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If your order will take longer than this time to complete you will be informed as soon as possible. Please allow a longer time for delivery as our friends in An Post and couriers are particularly busy at this time. All deliveries should be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages, these must be reported immediately on the same day. We make every effort to dispatch your goods as early as possible. Returns & Exchanges
It is your right to return and/or exchange any non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or item(s) of similar value. We do not refund shipping cost. If you want to cancel your order and return goods, you are responsible for taking care of them until they are returned. We will accept returns within this time only if the items are received back to us in the same condition as they were sent. All digital content is non-refundable, so please double check the information you are supplying to us.
Unfortunately items that have been personalised or custom-made can not be refunded or exchanged as these are lovingly hand-finished. We use all information exactly as supplied to us, if any spelling or date errors occur please get in touch and we will see what we can do!
